1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Webhook Capture Tool service ("Service"), operated by Credaris LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service provides webhook capture, inspection, and debugging tools, including:

• Creation of unique webhook endpoints
• Real-time capture and display of HTTP requests
• Inspection of request headers, bodies, and metadata
• Automatic PII detection and masking
• Event export functionality

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account using Google OAuth authentication. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service for legitimate webhook testing, debugging, and development purposes.

4.2 Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Capture or process illegal content
• Collect or harvest personal information without consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service for phishing, spamming, or malicious activities
• Exceed rate limits or abuse the Service (100 requests/minute per endpoint)
• Store sensitive data intentionally (credit cards, passwords, etc.)

5. Data and Privacy

5.1 Data Retention

We automatically delete webhook event data according to the following schedule:

• Webhook events are deleted after 24 hours from active storage
• Complete purge from all backups within 30 days
• Maximum 10,000 events per endpoint (oldest deleted first when exceeded)

5.2 PII Masking

The Service automatically detects and masks personally identifiable information (PII) before storage. However, you are responsible for not intentionally sending sensitive data to webhook endpoints.

5.3 Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Service Limitations

6.1 Rate Limits

The Service enforces the following limits:

• 100 requests per minute per webhook endpoint
• Maximum 100KB payload size per request
• Maximum 10,000 stored events per endpoint

6.2 Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Credaris LLC and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Service
• We are not responsible for data you send to webhook endpoints

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of accuracy, reliability, or availability
• Warranties that the Service will be error-free or secure

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Credaris LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Data you send to webhook endpoints

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
